BACKGROUND
Created in Mai 2023 by Laetitia and Marine at the end of the shaker incubation program, AuraLIP is a pioneer in plant substrate fermentation for a healthier and sustainable diet.

AuraLIP is a B2B company that develops innovative fermentation technology from hemp seeds, known for their richness in protein and omega 3.
they are developing alternative proteins that have a natural Umami texture and taste.

AuraLIP developed its POC during the shaker program, which was the subject of a patent application.
