One of Genopole’s objectives is to construct a European inter-cluster strategy to identify promising markets and ease access to them for businesses positioned in the genomics value chain.
By sharing their experiences and constructing a shared strategy for internationalization, Genopole and its partners will be able to approach the global market as a single pan-European cluster and thus better support the development of their start-ups and SMEs beyond Europe.
Genopole is currently a member of four of Europe’s preeminent networks:
- The European Cluster Collaboration Platform, a service facility for European clusters;
- EIT Health, one of the first global-scale innovation communities in the field of health, counting close to 150 partner entities (entrepreneurs, research centers, start-ups, etc.) and benefiting from the support of the European Union;
- The Council of European BioRegions, a network of European clusters specialized in life sciences;
- the European Business & Innovation Centre Network, the vocation of which is to provide professional, high-quality, multidisciplinary support to innovative entrepreneurs.
Genopole furthermore pilots European projects and responds to European calls for proposals.
