Genopole: a tailored office and lab space offer

With its office and lab buildings occupying 115,000 square meters over five campuses within 3 kilometers of the biocluster’s center, Genopole helps entrepreneurs and/or researchers structure their projects by proposing a wide range of floor-space possibilities: turnkey offices, cleanrooms, BSL-1 and 2 laboratories, shared-use equipment rooms (freezers, centrifuges, vacuum concentrator, DNA amplifier, spectrophotometer, photo-imager, etc.), coworking spaces (Open Lab), scientific and technical premises, shared spaces (meeting rooms, cafeterias, etc.) and more.

For start-ups, a 2,500-m² incubator is available with offices, shared equipment and laboratories for biotech research.

Managed by our partners SEM Genopole and the Essonne Chamber of Commerce and Industry, these immediately-operational spaces are defined and outfitted to adapt to your activities and needs. They are designed both for modularity as concerns floor space and flexible as concerns engagements. Genopole is also a secured environment, with guards and access filtering.

  Genopole’s partner, the Essonne Chamber of Commerce and Industry, manages a 2,500-m² ISO 9001-certified incubator dedicated to biotechnology start-ups.
