Field of activity

BioHive provides advanced analysis for dermatological products using innovative skin organoids derived from human stem cells, for toxicity and efficacy evaluations.

BACKGROUND
Cécile Nait Meddour developed an organoid model of Hidradenitis Suppurativa during her thesis, combining multiple technologies. Her expertise led her to found BioHive, becoming a reference in this field.

DESCRIPTION
BioHive offers analysis of dermatological formulations on innovative skin models derived from human stem cells.
These models, integrating various skin cell populations (including hair follicles), allow for precise toxicity and efficacy evaluations. Our R&D department develops custom organoids for specific pathologies, thus optimizing the screening of new molecules.
