Enalees conceives, develops and markets next-generation rapid molecular diagnosis tests for veterinarians, and furthermore screening tests for SARS-CoV-2.

BACKGROUND

Enalees was created in December of 2015.

The company joined Genopole and became Genopole-accredited in February 2016. After two years of research, Enalees commercialized its first tests, Epona, for veterinarians working with horses, and a year later it brought the Astéria line to market for veterinarians working with dogs. Enalees also developed a SARS-CoV-2 diagnostic test during the COVID-19 pandemic to detect the causative virus in humans, cats, and the environment.

DESCRIPTION OF THE PRODUCTS / SERVICES / TECHNOLOGY

The purpose of Enalees’ rapid tests is to diagnose a disease via a portable reader within 40 minutes with no need to send samples to a specialized laboratory.

Also, in 2021, Enalees will begin offering a freeze drying service to numerous businesses thanks to its new lyophilization platform located at Genopole.
